2023 Fall 7s

We’re excited to start our 2023 Fall 7’s season!

Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15pm to 6:15pm starting on Tuesday 8/29/23. Practices will be located at the south western athletic fields in City Park (same location as 2022 Fall 7’s season). Please bring water, a mouth guard, and cleats. Tournaments will start on Saturday 9/9/23 at Highlands Ranch HS and run most Saturdays until 11/4/23. More details to come as we get closer to matches.

If you are a new player please sign up on TeamApp so you can receive team messages. If you are a returning player, please join the ‘2023 Fall 7s’ group by going to TeamApp → Settings → Memberships → Access Groups → Available Groups → 2023 Fall 7s → click Send.

All players must be registered with Rugby Colorado to play. The registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. The cost to register is $160 (plus fees) paid with a credit or debit card. We have full scholarships available, if you need a scholarship please contact Coach Gore for instructions.

STEPS FOR A PARENT/GUARDIAN TO REGISTER ONLINE:

If you previously registered with RugbyXplorer:

1. Go to the USA Rugby Registration Site
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password (or use the Reset Password link)
4. Click “Sign In”
5. Click Register then Find a Club
6. Select your player’s profile to register (or use the Link a New Person option)
7. Enter “East HS” and select the option in Colorado
8. Select the following options:
   • Role: Player
   • Registration Type: High School Fall Boys
   • Duration: Season
9. Continue adding a photo (optional), emergency contact, and additional information
10. Complete the East Rugby Roster Information
11. Acknowledge the terms and conditions then hit Pay

If you have not registered with RugbyXplorer:

1. Go to the USA Rugby Registration Site
2. Enter your email address
3. Click “Sign me up!”
4. Enter parent information and ensure Rugby Region is set to USA Rugby
5. If the registration system matches an existing profile, select that. Otherwise select “Create new profile”
6. Check for an email titled “Welcome to Rugby Xplorer” then click “Verify Email”
7. Set your password then login again
8. Click Register then Find a Club
9. Click Link a New Person then enter your player’s information
10. If the registration system matches an existing profile, select that. Otherwise select “Create new profile”
11. Select your player’s profile to register
12. Enter “East HS” and select the option in Colorado
13. Select the following options:
    • Role: Player
    • Registration Type: High School Fall Boys
    • Duration: Season
14. Continue adding a photo (optional), emergency contact, and additional information
15. Complete the East Rugby Roster Information
16. Acknowledge the terms and conditions then hit Pay
