Preseason Activities
East Rugby offers touch rugby and strength & conditioning sessions throughout the off-season. These are fun, free sessions to help you build your skills and fitness. New players are welcome, these are a great opportunity to meet the team and learn more about rugby. Unless they are playing another sport, returning players are expected to attend.

Coaches
- Coach Joseph Ranalli: A D1 cross country & track athlete, Joe is now the East Rugby Forwards coach with over 10 years experience training HS and college athletes.
- Coach Bryant Perkins: A former track and field coach at NYU and DeSalle University, Bryant contributed to record-setting performances and multiple All-American honors.
- Coach Ben Schnake (CSCS): As a professional trainer for more than 15 years, Ben offers personalized training to clients including collegiate and professional athletes.
